It’s hard to believe that this year’sLove Islandis almost over and soon the fashion inspo that the villa’s girls have been providing will say goodbye for another year.

The girls have been showing viewers how flawless they are for some weeks now – including how they managed to stay hairless for all these weeks. Previously, former Love Island contestantAmy Hartexplained thatrazors were banned in the villa.

She explained: “Razors are classed as ‘weapons’, you weren’t allowed them in your bag. You had to go and ask for them, they got taken off you before you went in and then you’d have to ask for them back.”

Now,Sharon Gaffka, who appeared on Love Island last year, explained how the girls in the villa “always look hairless”.

The star, 26, took to TikTok to answer a fan question which was “How do all the girls constantly look like they’ve got a fresh wax everyday? Always look hairless, how is that possible?”

Sharon took time out before her gym class while sitting in her car to answer the question.

She said: “So, I actually don’t know because that’s not the case. I remember production came to the cast’s holding villa, they go through all your belongings that you’re going to take into the villa to make sure you’re not taking anything contraband.

“One of the things that i couldn’t take in was my razor. I was told that Boots are providing us razors – for the first week they didn’t”.

Sharon explained that because the razors didn’t come for the first week “all of us were a little bit on the prickly side”, and explained that they were worried about over-shaving.

“Millie did have some magic aloe vera gel to help that but one tub of aloe vera gel for eight weeks between god knows how many girls isn’t really going to help.

“So I just think we have to put that down to luck because the cameras are HD but they’re not that HD”.

Sharon added: “Take it from me, we weren’t smooth and hairless all the time because that is impossible”.

Sharon and Amy aren’t the only Islanders sharing behind the scenes info of what happens in the villa and this year’s dumped contestantCharlie Radnedge explained what happens when it rains.

28 year old Charlie revealed that contestants are told to leave the garden and move inside until the weather improves.

“When it rains in the villa, you all have to go inside and take a little break until things clear up again because you can’t film Love Island just in a bedroom, can you?” he said.
