Ninja air fryer has £50 off and is making buyers stop using their oven

As the cost of living crisis continues to tighten its grip on the nation, many people have been ditching their traditional ovens and hobs to cook with an air fryer instead.

With the handy gadget being one of this year’s most highly sought after gifts, plenty of households around the country took the plunge this festive season and purchased one of the items in a bid to save money.

As the name suggests, the air fryer is the perfect gadget to cook anything traditionally fried, such as sausages, chips or fried chicken, but the kitchen staple also offers a wealth of other options too, thanks to it’s ability to reheat, roast, bake, grill and even dehydrate, all while using far less oil or fat than traditional cooking methods.

Kitchen appliance brand Ninja has been widely recognised as among the best on the market when it comes to the nifty kitchen gadget, often topping numerous rankings – including one compiled on the best air fryers of 2023 by consumer experts Which?, which saw Ninja products take both the number one and third place spots.

Right now, the brand's best-rated 9.5-litre capacity Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer AF400UK has been reduced from £249.99 to £199.99; making it even cheaper than the smaller AF300UK model which has a smaller 6.5-litre capacity and currently costs £219.99 on the Ninja website.

On John Lewis, it has a stellar rating of 4.9 out of 5, based on over 4,000 reviews.

One person wrote: "Great piece of kit, easy to use and very pleased with the results, cooking time is so much quicker."

"I have held off from buying an air fryer as I didn't believe all the hype, but all I can say is I should have brought one earlier. The ninja is fantastic, easy to use & the sync function is brilliant."

"We are a family of 7. I love the fact that the children can use it. So far we have baked cakes, chicken, roast potatoes, nuggets and lots more. Its easy to use and cleaning it is so simple. This is my second ninja item and its not disappointed me yet."

Meanwhile, another said their new air fryer has taken the place of their traditional oven. They wrote: "Excellent Air Fryer – the oven/grill is now defunct. Everything done in this now."
