The social media star states: ‘If your toilet paper looks like this in a public restroom you need to get out as fast as possible.

‘If you look closely you will see a bunch of tiny red blood splotches. That is not from someone’s bloody nose or little accident.

‘It’s from someone cleaning their needles – dirty needles to be exact.

‘We don’t know if this was one person or multiple people cleaning their needles from injecting drugs.’

He continues: ‘Keep in mind if you are using this toilet paper to clean yourself, all it takes is one tiny drop of blood to enter your system.

‘You could easily contract a lifelong virus like HIV/Aids, hepatitis C and hepatitis B.

The revelation left viewers stunned as one wrote: ‘This is my sign to never use public toilet tissue again’

‘It’s just really sad to see public restrooms being used as a cleaning place for people’s dirty needles.

‘And if you did end up accidentally using this toilet paper, your chances would be pretty low to catch HIV as this statistic says that one out of 300 health care workers accidentally stuck with a needle from someone with HIV get infected.

‘However, for hepatitis B, the odds can be as high as one in three if the worker has not been vaccinated.’

Dane concludes: ‘With that said, if you do see a toilet paper roll that looks like this in a public restroom, notify the staff immediately to have it replaced and stay as far away as you can from it.’
