American mixed martial artist and politician. He is currently signed to the Combate Americas promotion Tito Ortiz has re-priced his home on Huntington Beach’s Davenport Island. Even with the reduction in price, the 6’2” UFC superstar, previously partnered with legendary former adult actress Jenna Jameson and now coupled with model and former Octagon Girl Amber Nichole Miller, is still in line to realize a substantial profit on the property he picked up about 14 years ago for $3.25 million.

His decision to sell up may (or may not) have to do with his brief and tumultuous tenure on the Huntington Beach City Council and as the low-key but high-cost beach town’s Mayor Pro Tempore. Popularly elected as a Republican in 2020, Ortiz created some community controversy with his outspoken mask shunning and anti-vax stance during the Covid-19 pandemic. All the heat and kerfuffle led him to resign in May 2021, alleging in his resignation statement that he had been “the sole focus of character assassination each and every week with multiple news stories leaking personal information all to slander and defame my name.”

According to Dirt, Set check-to-jowl with neighboring homes on a 5,000-square-foot waterfront parcel, the turret-accented taupe stucco neo-Mediterranean villa spans almost 3,900 square feet over two floors with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Notable features include 20-foot vaulted ceilings and curlicued wrought-iron railings in the stone tile-lined rotunda entrance gallery, an executive office lined in lustrously polished wood paneling, and a climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar.

Beyond the foyer, the living and dinghy rooms flow easily into the huge kitchen, and there are two potential master bedrooms, one with a private water-view veranda and a double-sided fireplace between the bedroom and bathroom.

Glass doors in the living room and kitchen extend the living and entertaining spaces to a heated loggia and expansive terrace that sit just above a private floating dock. There are views of other multimillion-dollar homes up and down the boat-strewn canal that provides easy, quick access to the open waters of the Pacific.
