LG’s new £28,000 TV offers an upgrade that Samsung and Sony can’t current mat…

LG is already well-known for its pin-sharp and award-winning screens but its latest telly is offering customers something totally new. The latest LG SIGNATURE OLED M3 models – which were actually announced all the way back in January but only going on sale now – will be perfect for anyone who hates the clutter of wires usually found in the corner of living rooms. That’s because they feature fully wireless technology which means games consoles, Sky TV devices and other set-top boxes can all be hidden away so you don’t see them.

In fact, all of your accessories plug into LG’s Zero Connect Box, which then beams content to the screen wirelessly.

It basically means you place your stunning new gogglebox in the corner of your posh pad and not see a single cable – other than the power lead of course.

If you’re worried that this wireless tech is going to mean losing picture quality, lG reckons it has that covered thanks to fast transmission speeds that offer full 4K at 120Hz.

Of course, other manufacturers do have their own systems for cutting down on cables with Samsung offering its users a One Connect box which tucks behind your telly unit with a single thing clear wire plugging into the telly. It’s a good compromise but can’t quite match the totally wireless option from LG.

The M3 TV also gets the same screen technology found in the top-rated G3 range and users will find quick access to all of the latest apps and services via the easy-to-navigate on-screen UI.

If the thought of going wireless has got you excited then the M3 range comes in three screen sizes which include 77-inch, 83-inch and 97-inch.

They start from £5,999 with prices rising to a wallet-pinching £27,999 for the largest model. LG says that they will be available in the coming weeks for those rich enough to afford one.
