If your laptop feels like it’s on its last legs then Sky has an affordable new solution to help you get something a little more powerful. The firm’s Mobile service is now offering Apple laptops on monthly contracts with prices starting from as little as £22 per month. That cost even includes 100MB of data so you can plug in a dongle and access the web on the move. If you don’t use all of that internet access, it will even be popped in a virtual piggybank so you don’t lose it.

Sky is now offering customers MacBooks on contract. Things start from as little as £22 per month for the popular Air model and there are even offers on the Pro range as well.

There’s no interest to pay on the instalments and you can switch to a newer machine after the first 36 months of the deal are up. That means if you are bored of the current PC on your lap there’s the option to upgrade it without facing penalties.

Sky has a number of different options available at launch including the 2020 MacBook Air for £22 per month. There’s also the new 15-inch model which can be bought for £30 per month.

If you think you need a laptop with a little more oomph then you’ll also find the option to upgrade to a Pro machine with prices for these portable PCs starting from £29 for the 13-inch version and £58 for the ultimate 16-inch laptop.

Apple introduce the MacBook Pro 16-inch

All of the deals are based on a 48-month contract so you will need to be prepared to pay for the machine for four years.

It’s worth noting that stores such as Argos do offer these laptops for a cheaper outright price but they do charge large fees for paying in instalments. For example, the MacBook Air currently costs just £849.99 at Argos and Very but if you can’t pay it off in one go you’ll face interest fees of over 30 percent.

That’s not something included on Sky’s bundles with its payment plans featuring zero percent finance.
