In an attempt to keep dry from Storm Babet's brutal rainfall, Chloe held an umbrella as she teetered down a street in Newcastle in heeled boots.
The MTV favourite tied up her brunette locks to keep them tidy before posing in front of her salon.
The storm has prompted weather warnings, as well as seven inches of rain and 60mph winds.
Urgent danger to life warnings had been issued shortly before the storm claimed its first victims.

Chloe revealed she was left "shaking" after ram-raiders smashed into her salon and stole all her stock in February.
Meanwhile, back indoors, the telly star recently stripped to a barely-there red bikini as she posed by a pool.
She also threatened to burst out of a striking red corset top as she posed at her home.
