CHLOE Sims has gone braless in a see-through white top while getting a new cosmetic treatment.
The 41-year-old Towie beauty posed at the VA Clinic in casual attire as she told fans she’d gone in for treatments.
Chloe wore her long highlighted locks to one side, and opted for a see-through white T-shirt which she’d tied in a knot.
The reality star, who is no stranger to a braless look,partnered her revealing top with some baggy bottoms and white trainers.
Chloe flashed a smile to the camera as she held up a sign for the cosmetic company, and wrote as her caption: “Popped in to see Corrine for some treatments.”
While in the clinic, the star filmed herself getting a Profilo treatment for hydration.

Chloe, who is now based in LA, has been filming her own reality show House of Sims, with her siblings Demi, Frankie and Charlie and has already had huge viewing figures on subscription platform Only Fans.
Back in May, the beauty revealed that she’d also signed a seven-figure deal with Netflix.
A source close to the production exclusively told The Sun: “The show has gotten off to an incredible start and exceeded expectations with its viewing figures.
“Offers quickly came in from major streaming platforms, and Netflix blew Amazon out of the water with a huge sum. Both parties are really happy, and it's all been agreed – it now just needs signing off.”

Chloe previously opened up about her plans for the future after relocating to the US for the family show.
Although she has no plans to move back to the UK, Chloe confessed her daughter Madison, 18, will.
Speaking to New magazine, Chloe said: "She is missing home and I'm happy for her to go back and forth.
"She is a bit more attached to being at home which is understandable as her dad is back there.
"At the same time, she is going swimming in the pool in the garden, she is on the beach and it's completely different life to what we had in Essex."
