CHRISTINE McGuinness and her youthful mum sent fans wild as they enjoyed a sun-soaked holiday together in Mallorca.

Model Christine's followers claimed the pair could be mistaken for sisters as they posed side by side in matching red outfits.



Writing on Instagram, Christine, 35, said: "A little mini break with my mum in Majorca time with just the two of us has been lovely. I’m so grateful she’s here, happy and healthy."

One follower commented: "Beautiful Mama!"

The duo clearly relished their quality time with one another as they beamed brightly in their photos.

Christine looked incredible in a slinky red minidress as she posed with her back to the Mediterranean Sea.

The getaway comes three years after Christine revealed mum Joanne was battling breast cancer.

She made the announcement on Instagram, writing: "This is possibly the most upsetting post I will ever write and typing away now it’s really hitting home.

"My mum, my best friend, my rock was recently diagnosed with breast cancer."

Christine told how she was "very close" to her mum and that she hoped she would "smash" her health battle.

"It’s hit me hard, we are very close," she wrote.

"She is a huge part of our family.

"We spend almost every weekend together with my children, their bond is magical.

"But, my mum is also the strongest woman I know and is determined to fight it,she’s a proper ‘scouse Ma’."

Christine shared the news with fans to help raise money and awareness for breast cancer charities.

She added: "I have always supported breast cancer charities as four of my aunties have also had breast cancer and my mum has asked me to continue helping raise money and awareness (the reason I’m sharing this) she has the biggest heart and always just wants to help others."

Three years on both Christine and Joanne look to be enjoying life more than ever.
