Coronation Street: Tim is attacked by Stephen
Coronation Street fans have claimed they know who was standing in the street staring at Jenny Connor (played by Sally-Ann Matthews) at the end of last night’s show as it ended on a major cliffhanger ahead of the final episode on Friday 13.
Stephen is running from the crimes of theft, drugging with LSD, and the murders of Leo Thompkins (Joe Frost), Teddy Thompkins (Grant Burgin) and Rufus Donahue (Steve Meo).
During Monday night’s episode, Stephen also appeared to kill Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) after he attempted to take him to the police station.
Last night, Stephen Reid’s (Todd Boyce) net of crimes began to close in after he was quizzed by Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) and Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) over his drugging of Carla Connor (Alison King) and stealing from his own mother.
The Platt family also learned of the dead body found in the canal in the roof box, which left David Platt (Jack P Shephard) to begin to put together the pieces in the puzzle.

Stephen attempted to flee Weatherfield after he changed his flight to Thailand from two people to one, the date and as viewers found out last night the airport location, which ended up being Liverpool rather than Manchester.
As he attempted to pass his passport over to the desk attendant, he soon realised that it had gone missing from its case, making him realise he would not be making his flight.
The episode ended with someone in a brown jacket watching Jenny Connor from a distance and breathing heavily.
Whilst some viewers claim that it is Stephen back for revenge, some are confident that in fact, it is Tim who has managed to free himself from the boot of the cab.
Taking to their X accounts, Hayley Lee noted: “Can’t make out whether that was Stephen or Tim at the end then. Both had a brown jacket on #Corrie.”
