Coronation Street hunk Daniel Brocklebank finds love again after co-star split

Coronation Street hunk Daniel Brocklebank has gone public with his new partner after splitting from his co-star.

It is understood that the talented actor is dating a hunky policeman turned musician named Jordan Coulthard.

The Billy Mayhew actor, 43, shared a snap with his fellow soap star Cheryl Fergison and his new man at a Lytham Festival over the weekend.

It’s fair to say the happy couple are in the throes of love as he flashed a large smile at the man in uniform in a series of sweet snaps.

The former Heather Trott star commented: “Met some Corrie pals @tonymaudsley1 @danielbrocklebank and his fella @_coulthard what an eve” which she signed off with an kiss.

Daniel’s new man, who released an EP on Apple music last month, boasts an impressive 7,000 social media followers as he shared adorable snaps from the same event including one with Corrie’s Samia Longchambon.

The group made sure to dance the night away at the jam-packed festival where Lionel Richie was performing.

It is thought to be the first time the first time Daniel has been snapped with his new boyfriend, Jordan, although it is unknown how long the pair have been dating.

As well as being a beefy police officer, Jordan is also an up-and-coming musician and has already released a string of singles and mixes available for fans to listen to on several streaming services including Spotify.

Most recently, his single Miracle charted higher than Mariah Carey on the iTunes chart late last year as well as gaining a wider audience from BBC Introducing.

It is understood that this is Daniel’s first relation since he separated from boyfriend Stuart Hatton in 2019.

Before that, the onscreen deacon was in a relationship with Coronation Street co-star Rob Mallard for several months in 2017.

A source previously told The Sun Online at the time of his split from Stuart: “Dan is really busy with Corrie and Stuart has his business interests in the North East.
