Viewers fear villain Stephen is getting closer to his next victim after securing a new job at the Underworld factory.



Stephen continues to hide his financial troubles from his family – but could his new job finally save him?

In Wednesday's episode, Carla hired Stephen when Sarah quit to pursue her own business venture with Michael.

When Sarah went back to ask for her job back, she was stunned to see her uncle was hired as her replacement.

Stephen told his niece not to worry has he vowed to get her contacts and a space to rent.

However, viewers were astounded that the residents didn't question why Stephen would want the factory job if he is a successful businessman and millionaire.

Fans also label Carla as "sloppy" for her rash hiring.

Taking to Twitter, one said: "Do they not think it’s weird that millionaire businessman Stephen is now the factory dogsbody?"

Another wrote: "No interview, no references, yet Steven's ok to start the job, and how is it ok for Sally to show him all the computer system? Carla is a very sloppy manager…"
