Coronation Street’s Mollie Gallagher shows off incredible moves ahead of Dancing On Ice debut | The Sun

CORONATION Street actress Mollie Gallagher has revealed her stunning moves ahead of her Dancing On Ice debut.

Mollie, 24, who plays goth Nina Lucas on the ITV soap, was revealed as the fifth of the Dancing On Ice 2023 line-up.

The soap favourite claimed to lack "coordination" yet snaps showing her training on the ice seem to suggest otherwise.

Molly can be seen in a black ski suit being whirled around by professional partner Sylvain Longchambon.

She remained smiley through a technical lift which saw him carry her under her armpits before she was placed on the ice to pose on one leg.

Another lift saw her facing forward and held high on Sylvain's chest.

Finally, in what may well prove the finale to their routine, the pro skater swirled Mollie around above his head, with her legs in the splits.

After her Dancing On Ice stint was revealed, Mollie confessed: "I am great at secrets. I'll give myself that.

"I've not got the best co-ordination. It's really funny because everyone who knows me well, knows that. So when they find out I'm doing this…

"That's another reason why I wanted to do it. I didn't want to spend my life thinking 'oh I can't do this, I can't do that'."

Numerous Coronation Street stars have paved the way for Mollie on the ice skating show, including Sally Dynevor, Faye Brooks and Samia Longchambon.

On seeking advice from her co-stars, Mollie said: “I’ll be getting all the tips I can because I’m going to need it!”

Mollie has played Roy Cropper's niece Nina since November 2019.

She won Best Serial Drama Performance at the National Television Awards in September 2021.

It was for her part in the powerful hate crime storyline in which Nina and Seb Franklin were brutally assaulted. Seb died from his injuries.
