EastEnders viewers are set to be glued to their screens this week as another drama-filled week unfolds on screens with Ben Mitchell's (Max Bowden) life continuing to spiral.

His behaviour leaves him in deadly danger and, after upsetting daughter Lexi (Isabella Brown) by missing her dance exam, he turns to drugs again instead of attending a family dinner.

After leaving a voicemail, Ben collapses on the Square. Realising something is wrong, his mum Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), estranged husband Callum (Tony Clay) and best friend Jay (Jamie Borthwick) go out and find him.

Ben has no pulse, and soon the paramedics are in a battle to save him.

Elsewhere, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) discovers that his sister Sam (Kim Medcalf) has been allowing drug dealing to happen at Peggy's.

When Sam realises, she warns Jonah (Mark Mooney) that it has to stop. However, she still has her furious big brother Phil to deal with.

Last week, viewers saw how Ben had also discovered Sam's plan to make extra cash, scoring himself the job of co-manager of the club in the process. But with the way Ben is acting will that prove to be a smart move?

The Taylors prepare their celebration for Avery after his sad death in the cab offices. However, when his son Felix (Matthew Morrison) loses the money for the shopping, it seems the tribute is ruined.

Later, Chantelle's daughter Mia (Mahalia Malcolm) is upset as the family can't afford to take her to a theme park for her birthday. Soon, Finlay (Ashley Byam) has an idea.

A familiar face appears when Ravi (Aaron Thiara) arrives on the Square. The man Phil met in prison is quick to cause a stir when he flirts with Stacey (Lacey Turner). Phil spots him and has an idea.

Fresh from admitting she sent her son Jags to prison and ultimately led him to his death, Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is left out in the cold by her family.

As the kids, Kheerat (Jaz Deol), Vinny (Shiv Jalota) and Ash (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha) move out of the house, she realises she'll be all on her own.

Later, she finds herself competing with Kheerat to win a business deal with Ranveer (Anil Goutam).

EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7:30pm on BBC One
