The 28-year-old showed off her impressive figure in a £50 gym outfit following a late night session.
Going make-up free, Ekin revealed her natural beauty, while the Bo and Tee gym set hugged her figure perfectly.
The pair looked happier than ever – and it’s no surprise as they enjoying huge success after quickly becoming the golden couple of ITV.
Following her and Davide's landslide Love Island victory in August they went on to land their very own show which will see them exploring their home countries of Turkey and Italy.
She later inked a six-figure payday to take part in Dancing on Ice 2023 – becoming the highest-paid Love Island star the show has ever signed.

And it's been reported Ekin-Su is even in talks to join the Loose Women panel.
Away from TV work Ekin-Su once again made Love Island history when she signed a staggering £1m deal with fashion brand Oh Polly – the biggest-ever fashion collaboration by a former Islander.
She's also signed lucrative deals with Beauty Works and BPerfect Cosmetics.
Over the weekend, Ekin-Su opened up about surgery and toning down her look.

She told The Guardian she plans to “strip down”, saying: “I’m getting rid of the blond highlights, go back to my natural colour – I’m getting it dyed this afternoon.
“Whatever lip filler I have, I’m going to dissolve. I didn’t like the fake look. I think natural beauty is a lot prettier. I’ve not had anything major done to myself, right? OK, apart from the boobs.”
