Furious This Morning viewers slam show as it begins countdown to Christmas complete with studio tree | The Sun

THIS Morning viewers groaned in despair today as the show began its countdown to Christmas – and even put a tree up.

Hosts Rylan Clark and Josie Gibson were in no mood to dwell on Halloween hours after spooky season finished for another year.

Instead, they opened today's show by playing Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas and shared their delight at the upcoming festive period.

Consumer editor Alice Beer was also in the studio to talk through this year's top Christmas toys.

Fans of the show were more Scrooge-like, though.

One fumed on X: "Is this the time when they shove Xmas down your throat & by the time the big day comes you're totally cheesed off with it all!!"
