Helen Skelton strips down to tiny bikini for plunge in freezing river with Dan Walker on Pennine Adventure | The Sun

HELEN Skelton changed into a tiny bikini as she took a dip into the freezing sea with Dan Walker on the latest episode of Pennine Adventure.

The most recent episode of the pair's new adventure series saw them travel up the "Backbone of Britain" from Dan's house in Sheffield to Helen's house in Cumbria – learning about the genuine Pennines along the way.

They then had a picnic at Pendragon Castle and then made a 100-meter abseil into one of the deepest caves in the Yorkshire Dale.

Helen, 40 and Dan stopped by a river in the Yorkshire Dales and made the decision to have a brief dip in the chilly water.

In a bikini, Helen Skelton flaunted her amazing physique as she joined her co-star and close friend Dan Walker for a chilly swim.

The former Blue Peter presenter wasted no time changing into a small leopard print two piece.
