Holly Willoughby ‘moving on to pastures new’ as new job ‘ready and waiting’

Holly Willoughby has awkward on-air 'gimp' blunder

Holly Willoughby’s future on This Morning has been thrown into doubt as the bookmakers claim she won’t return to the ITV programme following her break.

In an exclusive prediction provided by Ladbrokes, the odds of Holly not returning to This Morning after her summer holiday is 4/5.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told Express.co.uk: “The latest odds suggest Holly will be moving onto pastures new, meaning there could well be a busy summer in store for This Morning producers, who now have another seat to fill on the sofa.”

The bookies seem to think Holly could be lined up to host the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing.

He added: “But her next job could be ready and waiting, with Strictly chiefs seemingly set to make a move.”

Holly decided to take an extended break from This Morning and wrapped up her final show earlier this month.

As she closed the programme with Craig Doyle, Holly didn’t address her break, but told viewers: “See you, bye.”

Holly’s break from the show also comes after the presenter confirmed her mother-in-law Sandra had died.

A number of guest presenters have stepped in to present the ITV show, including Friday regulars Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
