Susie Amy's return to Hollyoaks as Scarlett Morgan is sure to delight TV fans, with the actress already a TV fan favourite following her appearance in Footballer's Wives.

Along with appearances in rival soap, a famous partner and becoming a lad's mag pin-up, Daily Star takes a look at Susie's Amy's life away from Hollyoaks.

Rival soap roles

Although Susie Amy delighted fans as Scarlett Morgan in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks in 2018, the star rose to fame in another famous TV programme.

From 2002 until 2004, Susie played Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe in the iconic ITV drama Footballers Wives – playing wife to another former Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy, who played Kyle Pascoe.

After leaving Footballers Wives, she also landed a role in rival soap Coronation Street for three episodes as Lindsay Gordon in 2007.

That's not all, as she also appeared in hit TV series including Echo Beach, Moving Wallpaper, Doctors, Casualty and Death in Paradise.

After making her Hollyoaks debut in 2018, Susie was reunited her Footballers Wives on-screen husband Gary Lucy – who also played her estranged husband Luke Morgan in the Channel 4 soap.

Susie is also preparing to make her return to the soap following Luke Morgan's death in Hollyoaks earlier this year.

Away from the soaps, she was also a contestant on Celebrity Come Dine With Me Christmas Special in 2010, as well as appearing as a judge during the Dancing On Ice Tour.

That's not all, as she also recently played Glen Closes' character Alex Forrest from the 1986 film Fatal Attraction, in a theatre production of the thriller.

Lads mags shoots

Footballers Wives was known for its sexy outfits, scandals and steamy scenes, with some of the cast becoming pin ups in lads mags of the time.

For two years between 2002-2003, she was listed in the top 100 sexiest women in the world by FHM, later appearing as their cover model for an issue of the magazine.

Susie appeared in a racy shoot with her fellow Footballers Wives stars, posing on the front cover in sizzling lingerie including tiny black underwear and a busty corset – with the star pulling a sultry pose in the racy snap.

Famous partners

Away from the limelight, Susie Amy is reported to have had a number of famous partners including Gethin Jones and Rugby star Rob Kearney.

Susie and Rob dated for over three years between 2009-2012, and although it has been a decade since they split, the former lovers have since gushed about each other during interviews.

Speaking to VIP magazine, Susie said: "You'd struggle to meet somebody with more integrity and from a nicer family than Rob.

"He's so private, so I don't want to say much about him, but I honestly wish him the best in every way."

Family life

Susie Amy tends to keep her personal life private, but she has opened up about her family life with boyfriend Raphael Bar.

Like Susie, Raphael has also led an acting career, appearing in Pericles by Shakespeare On The Road in 2016, and short film Not Waving in 2018.

The actress met her partner in 2018 and later went public as a couple, with Susie and Raphael welcoming their first child, a daughter called Noa, one year later in 2019.

The couple also welcomed their second child together in 2020, with the actress sharing a sweet snap of her holding their daughter in an Instagram post.

She said: "Feeling so lucky to welcome our second little girl. Born 19/10/20 at 9.22pm weighing 8 pounds 9 oz," adding: "Our little flower Rosie Iris Grace Bar."

Susie's famous friends flocked to congratulation the couple on their happy news too, with presenter Kate Thornton saying: "Congratulations darling! X", while Sky Sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher said: "So beautiful and her name…. gorgeous!"

Hollyoaks airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 6.30pm followed by first look episodes on E4 at 7pm
