Horror fans ‘scared to sleep alone’ after watching ‘scariest show on TV’ – as it rakes in more viewers than Big Brother | The Sun

TELLY fans have been left "scared to turn the lights off" at what they have dubbed the scariest show on TV.

Presenter and paranormal investigator Danny Robins' hit BBC Sounds podcast has been transformed into a BBC show which has left viewers quaking in their boots.

Bosses have drummed up the anticipation of the nail-biting series, asking viewers: "Do ghosts exist? Are you Team Believer or Team Sceptic?"

They add: "Danny Robins investigates real-life stories of seemingly paranormal encounters."

The opening episode, entitled Miss Howard, sees Danny chat to Cate, who believes her house in Cambridgeshire is haunted.

The pair delve into the spooky happenings of her 1970s childhood to pinpoint what is real – and what is in the realm of the supernatural.
