I'm A Celeb fans fear Josie Gibson will quit after struggling star breaks down in tears | The Sun

I'M A Celebrity fans fear that Josie Gibson will quit the show, after the struggling star broke down in tears.

The This Morning presenter, 38, became emotional in camp as she thought of her son Reggie, 5.

During last night's instalment of I'm A Celebrity viewers watched as Josie sobbed in the toilet, leading to be speculate she might pack I'm A Celebrity in.

Former EastEnders star Danielle Harold checked on the star and asked her what was wrong.

A tearful Josie replied: “I just miss my little boy. I shouldn’t have ever left him this long.”

Comforting the former Big Brother winner, Danielle told her: “100% you should, you’re showing him that you’re a strong mum, strong woman. So proud of you babe.”

Another said: "I really hope Josie sticks it out, she'll be with her boy soon!"

A show source also told The Mirror: "She has really struggled in the last couple of days. It may just be a phase but it is worrying so far from the finish line.

"She has seen others walk away too which may make it easier for her to throw the towel in if the next couple of days don't go well.'

Last night, after being comforted by Danielle,Josie took herself off to the Bush Telegraph and admitted feeling 'guilty' for doing the show.

She explained: “Just had a little wobble. You just feel very guilty. I’ll never leave him this long again, ever.”

Josie had previously told The Sun how she prepared Reggie for being away from her.

Josie told us: “I’ve done him a lot of videos before I left and also I’ve explained everything that I possibly can to him ever since I signed up.

“So, each morning we’ve been waking up and he says ‘mummy are we going to Australia now?’ And I go ‘not yet Reg’ and he’s going ‘when are we going into the jungle?’

But Josie need not worry, as her beloved son has touched down at Brisbane Airport for his first trip to Australia to welcome his mum when she does eventually leave I'm A Celebrity.

The youngster was spotted wearing a "Team Josie" T-shirt while sitting on a baggage trolley.

Reggie was joined by the This Morning presenter's best friend Mia Williams, who looked after him on the long journey from the UK.

Mia told the Daily Mail: "He's coped really well considering she's been gone for a couple of weeks now.

"It's the longest they've been apart, it's obviously tough all around but he's been dealing with it well but it's tough for her you can see that.
