Ant and Dec addressed the news that Jamie Lynn Spears has left the jungle camp during the latest episode of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! tonight, 29 November.
As the episode began, the presenters delivered the news with a heartfelt message to fans.
“We’ve got some breaking news for you, Jamie Lynn Spears has left the camp on medical grounds," the presenters began.
"The good news is, Jamie Lynn is doing fine and she goes away with our best wishes," Dec then added, as viewers watched the action from the night before unfold.
It came as ITV bosses announced earlier in the day that Jamie Lynn had left the show due to "medical reasons", and only a couple of days after food critic Grace Dent also departed the jungle due to her health.
It has been confirmed 32 year old mum-of-two Jamie Lynn left camp in the early hours of Thursday morning Australia time.
