Faye Winter has opened up on having a difficult year as she admitted that she really "struggled" living alone in her new home.
The former Love Island star, who broke up with her ex-boyfriend and fellow housemate Teddy Soares in February, immediately moved into another property after the split.
Faye and Teddy had previously lived in an enormous home that they could do up and decorate together as a couple, but sadly their future as a couple wasn't to be.
Now the blonde beauty has spoken about the realities of her new living arrangements, in a Q&A on her Instagram page.
One of Faye's followers probed the star on what's next for her home account, Faye Home, a project which the star had initially shown massive excitement to get stuck into when she first launched it.
Unfortunately, in the months after her and Teddy split, Faye neglected her home content, and the last time she posted to the page was in June.
Explaining the situation, Faye said: "I really want to focus on that next year.
"I really struggled with this year living alone, getting messages from people that kind of scared me, so I chose to focus on other things.
"Although my house is secure and has cameras all over it, it still made me feel a type of way," she added.
Faye and Teddy had shared lots of snaps and revealing videos from their luxurious house together, but the duo experienced a terrifying break-in months after moving in.
As a result, the former couple installed CCTV and a brand new high-tech alarm system, which if activated, would trigger a call to the police.
It comes as Faye opened up in an exclusive interview about having an incredibly difficult year in the wake of the break-up and her recent health scare, and at times she didn't know "where to turn".
She told OK!: "This year has been full of challenges, I just keep batting them off, I feel like I’m playing cricket or something! But, when I see things going on in the world, my challenges look pea-sized compared to some other people's.
"I have to remember that I’ve got a lovely life and I just need to keep living it and keep going – that’s the only way I can do it," the star added.
Fans were devastated when Faye and Teddy announced they were going their separate ways earlier this year.
After months of speculation over the state of the couple's relationship, with reports that the pair had been struggling, they finally released statements confirming they had officially broken up.
"I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways," Faye announced on her Instagram stories.
"Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us. I'm forever grateful."
