JACK Grealish's girlfriend Sasha Attwood posted a sweet birthday message on her man's 27th birthday.

The model also shared a collection of unseen snaps of the couple from their decade together.

She wrote: "Happy birthday babe. Love you so much."

In the majority of the pictures, the loved-up pair cuddled and kissed in a variety of locations, from an aquarium inside a Dubai shopping mall, to outside a picturesque chateau and inside a lift.

Another snap showed Jack inside a car wearing his England training tracksuit alongside their pet dog.

Earlier this week Jack celebrated his birthday in style by heading out to The Ivy with his Manchester City team-mates and their Wags.

And there was even space for one former Aston Villa pal at the table too.

The footballers headed for their night out at the plush Manchester restaurant 24 hours after City's 1-1 draw against Aston Villa.

But as well as the cluster of City stars, Villa captain John McGinn joined in the celebrations for the former skipper.

That came despite the two midfielders being on opposite sides at Villa Park evening.
