I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has come to an end for another year and saw Lioness Jill Scott crowned Queen of the Jungle. She joined Good Morning Britain presenters Susanna Reid and Ed Balls to discuss her experience and admitted she doesn’t know what she is going to do next.

After spending three weeks in the jungle without a proper bath or shower, Jill appeared on the ITV breakfast show looking glamorous with her hair and make-up done.

Commenting on how well she looked, Susanna asked: “Do you want to do a stint on Good Morning Britain?

“You know, I can’t deny you are looking very glam, I am feeling a little bit at risk here.”

Laughing at being teased, Jill explained: “This has taken two showers and two baths, just to smell half decent.

“I haven’t got any plans, once I retired I really should have had a plan in place so that is kind of how I landed in the jungle so to speak.

“So yeah I actually don’t know what I am going to do next, but I just feel like if you give everything every single day.

“Keep trying to be a good person and then we will just see what happens but I think your job is very safe.”

Susanna added: “Well you are very welcome to come and join us in the studio anytime. Were you surprised Jill when Matt Hancock went in?

“He has become, apart from your win of course, but he has become the story of the jungle. Did that emerge more clearly once you left?”

The football star admitted: “Yeah, well I haven’t even had a chance to catch up on the show or anything like that so I still feel like we are in this bubble.

“But I did feel like when we got into the jungle and we put on that jungle outfit everybody was just equal and you know what, in there, food is so important.

“So to go on trials and win stars he did that, to be fair, he smashed the trials so as long as he was feeding us I was happy.”

Former Health Secretary Matt Hancock came third in the series, with Hollyoaks star Owen Warner landing in runner-up after winning the hearts of the public.

Owen branded his fellow campmate and “legend” and claimed everyone knew she deserved the win.

As she was crowned Queen and took her place on the throne, Jill expressed: “I’m just totally in shock, to be honest. I don’t know why everybody voted.

“Just a massive thank you. I’m so honoured.

“Oh, I can’t believe it. I just can’t believe it, honestly, I think I am going to owe my grandma a lot of money for this.

“Look, these guys were absolutely incredible. We were one big team, I don’t think there should be one winner.

“We couldn’t have got through what we did, we have all been winners of I’m A Celebrity 2022.”

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
