One of his closest friends away from the cameras is influencer Molly Marsh who certainly made waves in the villa.

Loyal fans will remember how the musical theatre star was booted from the show when Love Island alumni Kady McDermott returned to the villa and stole her man.

But that wasn’t the end for Molly who returned to the show just two weeks later and recoupled up with Zach.

Now, the podcaster has lifted the lid on how he feels about his fellow influencer Molly Marsh who made an explosive return to the ITV villa in Casa Amor last month.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, Joe confessed that the blonde bombshell might have an “advantage” over other contestants after she was allegedly returned to social media.

He told us: “There's this argument at the minute that she [Molly] shouldn’t have gone back in [to the villa].

“Allegedly she got to see her phone, she got to go on her phone and watch stuff back and see people kind of review what was going on and then go back in.

“I mean if that did happen and that it the case then that’s not really fair, but I don’t know because if the aim of the show is to find love then surely none of that stuff should matter anyway.”

He went on: “If you’re going back in to find love then fine, but at the same time if your aim is to go in and win then you probably do have an advantage because you can see how people have perceived you.

“It’s almost like a second chance, isn’t it? Its like a second chance to go back in and maybe redeem yourself from what people may have thought before but I don’t know.

“It’s a double edged sword really,” he concluded.

Most recently, fans watched Molly and Zach take things to the next level after she told Kady that they had closed themselves off to meeting other people in the villa.

But only time will tell if they will be strong enough to make it through to the Love Island final.

Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
