Justin was wearing light purple shorts and a black zip-up hoodie with a white shirt underneath.

He was also wearing white and yellow Nike sneakers and a red and white checkered baseball hat.

He looked stressed as he sat with his knees up to his chin.

Justin was also double-fisting a black vape and a black cigarette.

His wife Hailey Bieber, 26, was nowhere to be found, and he appeared to be out on the walk all alone.

Some felt Hailey's Instagram post was "fishy" when Justin didn't make the cut for any of the photos.
