Latest Emmerdale spoilers have Dan pleading guilty to his assault on Amelia’s stalker

Dan Spencer (Liam Fox) takes the stand and pleads guilty to GBH in Emmerdale scenes airing next month.

Prior to the hearing, Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) tells Dan that the hospital staff are preparing to bring Lloyd Sawyer (Matt Sutton) out of his coma.

Later, Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) prepares to make a false statement to protect her dad after Julie (Emma Stansfield) rages at her saying Lloyd won’t be coming out of his coma.

Dan questions Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) on Amelia’s whereabouts and races to stop her from lying to the authorities. Dan’s stressed as he waits for his hearing to start and Amelia’s shocked and horrified to see Julie arrive.

As the court is announced, Dan braces himself for what’s to come and as he glances at Julie, Dan’s met with an overwhelming sense of guilt. Struck by his memories of hitting Lloyd, wretched Dan pleads guilty. And Amelia can’t bear to face Dan after his guilty plea.

Meanwhile, businessman Corey (Kyle Rowe), arrives in the village with an opportunity for Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) garage.

Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) is surprised to see Corey who’s an old friend. But when the pair sit down to catch up, Nate feels like a failure in comparison.

Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is chuffed when Cain lets him help with his new fleet of cars. Meanwhile, in the pub, unimpressed Caleb ends a secretive call.

Afterwards, Nate begs Corey for a job but is left disappointed when he tells him he can’t help.

When Nate sees Mackenzie at the garage, he goes to confront Corey but discovers Caleb Miligan (Will Ash) there too. It turns out Nate has blown Caleb’s cover as a silent investor of the garage and as Nate pieces everything together, he realises he now has the upper hand.

Nicola King’s (Nicola Wheeler) excited to hear her new bus stop is finished and reveals to Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles) that it’s really a memorial for Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton) and Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele).

As Nicola talks to the crowd ready to unveil the bus stop, angry Colin Hamston (Mark Noble) returns and interrupts giving a lack luster speech that’s caught on camera.

Also in the village, Claudette’s worried when weary Victor collapses into a chair and soon Charles invites Victor to stay with them. Plus Nicky and Suni are guilt-ridden when Gabby catches them kissing.

Gabby attempts to punch Nicky but hits Billy in the process. As Billy takes Gabby home, she gets the wrong impression and leans in for a kiss.
