Len Goodman delivers surprise verdict on Strictly 2022 after furious fans called for his return to show amid fix row | The Sun

LEN Goodman has said this series of Strictly Come Dancing is ‘fantastic’.

The legend retired as a judge from the show in 2016 to move to America and work on Dancing With The Stars.

Viewers have begged him to return on numerous occasions, in particular this series amid a series of fix claims.

Giving his thoughts on the show, Len told Vanessa Feltz on her Drivetime show on TalkTV: “I hadn’t been watching it because I’ve been in America, but I’ve been home a week.

“So last Friday I watched Strictly, and I must say, the standard I thought was fantastic. It really was.”

Over the weekend furious Strictly fans claimed that one of the show's favourites was undermarked by the judges in a fix row.

For musicals week Countryfile's Hamza Yassin , 32, and Jowita Przystał, 28, gave their best rendition of the Samba to They Live In You from The Lion King.

Despite their incredible performance, they were given just 36 points – meaning that they were second from the bottom.

Fans made it clear on Twitter that they weren't happy with what judges Shirley Ballas, 62, Anton Du Beke, 56, Craig Revel Horwood, 57, and Motsi Mabuse, 41, gave them.

One wrote: "Ridiculous for Molly to be in the dance off. If she's against Kym she'll go through…hope she's not against Hamza as he was undermarked and maybe has less points as a result."
