Love Island fans were left worried about Casey O'Gorman sleeping outside in "windy" and "cold" South Africa, after his partner, Lana Jenkins, chose to go back to her former flame, Ron Hall.
Lana took Casey for a chat outside in Tuesday's episode, where she confessed that her heart was still with Ron.
Speaking to Casey – who later told the boys declared as "friendzoned" – Lana said: "I do still feel like my heart’s somewhere else."
Lana continued: "I need to maybe have my time with Ron, I recoupled with you for a reason, I think you’re amazing, I think you’re really handsome and you’re such a great guy."
A hopeful Casey then asked: "Is it still that you’re unsure of your decision and you still want to…."
Sadly, Lana then confirmed that she "is sure" but makes an "excellent wingwoman".
Speaking to the girls after their chat, Lana said that she felt like the conversation with Casey was a "weight off my shoulders," whilst Casey told the boys that he believed that Lana had "made a mistake, but it's her loss."
After her conversation with Casey, Lana made no attempts to hide her attraction to Ron, with the pair sharing a kiss, in full view of Casey.
Having seen that, he decided to sleep overnight on a day bed outside, rather than share a bed with Lana for the night.
But fans were worried about how he would fare in the windy and cold conditions in South Africa, where the winter series of Love Island is taking place.
Viewers of the show took to Twitter to comment, with one saying: "Actually feel so sorry for Casey. Bet it’s so cold & windy out there at night. They better send him in the love of his life or there’s gonna be a riot. #loveisland #justiceforcasey."
Another wrote: "Casey sleeping outside, is some how worse knowing how windy that place is #loveisland," whilst a third added: "What about the bed downstairs? It’s windy outside? Poor Casey."
A fourth tweeted: "Casey sleeping outside on the daybeds knowing how WINDY it is outside #loveisland," as a fifth said: "Have you seen how windy it is there? Angry or not we’re sharing this bed pls #loveisland."
Meanwhile, the Love Island Hideaway opened for another night, with the Islanders choosing Will Young and Jessie Wynter to go into it.
The pair danced around in various outfits before sharing a sweet chat, in which Will confessed that he could see himself "falling in love" with Jessie in or out of the villa.
Jessie seemed smitten by his comments, causing her to plant a passionate kiss on his lips.
