Love Island’s Nathan Masseys body transformation – with fans distracted by intimate detail

Nathan Massey has proudly shown off the results of his new fitness regime in new photos, having decided to overhaul his lifestyle before the busy festive period.

The Love Island star, 31, who won the ITV2 show with now-wife Cara De La Hoyde, 33, in 2016, took to Instagram on Thursday, 7 December, to unveil his incredible body transformation following two months of hard work in the gym and 5am starts.

Nathan posted a video which included two clips of him in a gym locker room. The first clip showed his body prior to his transformation, while the second showed him more recently.

"5 o’clock starts for the last 2 months we’re all worth it ! Let’s get it. #fitness #beforeandafter #earlymornings #letsgetit," the dad-of-two captioned the post.

While his results are definitely impressive, Nathan's followers were more focused on an intimate detail in the post – his very tight white boxers.

Nathan's wife Cara was quick to comment as she poked fun at her husband on Instagram. She penned: "What have you put in your boxers," with a laughing emoji.

Another follower said: "OK when we gonna talk about the pants Nath?" and a third joked: "What's that down ur boxers?"

Others jokingly accused Nathan of having put 'socks' down his boxers to increase the size of his manhood. One follower said: "You've deffo put socks down there. Your followers need complete transparency Nathan," with a laughing emoji.

Others praised Nathan's progress, including fellow Love Islander Scott Thomas, who wrote: "Go on the boy," along with The Only Way Is Essex star James 'Arg' Argent, who penned: "Unbelievable," with an applause emoji.

Nathan found fame on Love Island in 2016 with him and Cara going on to win the series after coupling up on the very first day. The pair have gone on to tie the knot and welcome two children – Freddie, four, and Delilah, two.

Nathan and Cara now document their family life on Instagram and regularly work with brands including Very and Smyths Toys.

Mum-of-two Cara previously opened up to OK! about how becoming a mum helped her mental health struggles.

Speaking to us in December 2022, the Love Islander said: "I suffer badly with my mental health and I take my happy pill every day, but I find that my depression hasn’t been as present since I’ve had children. It’s like there has always been a hole and since I’ve had Fred, that’s been filled.”
