Love Island's Poppy Farnan looks almost unrecognisable eight years after first series | The Sun

LOVE Island star Poppy Farnan looks almost unrecognisable eight years after appearing on the show.

The reality TV alum took part in the first ever series of the ITV2 dating show, and was dumped from the Island after just 24 hours.

Poppy, 28, from Cheshire, failed to couple up with anyone in the villa and waved goodbye to the show after a solitary day on TV.

The star appeared on the show when she was just 21 – and looks to have noticeably grown up since her time on Love Island.

While she's kept her long blonde locks, the boutique owner looks more mature, and is often seen showing off her beauty on Instagram.

Despite failing to find love on the show – Poppy has since coupled up with her beau Cameron outside the villa, with the pair living together.

The micro-influencer is regularly seen posing at swanky events and on luxurious holidays, from Ibiza to Dubai.

Poppy still looks to be heavily interested in fashion, as she often dons eye-catching and fashion-forward numbers for her snaps.

She isn't the only former Islander from series one who looks drastically different from their time in the villa.

International DJ Danielle Pyne also took part in the series, lasting two weeks before she was dumped after failing to find love.

The stunning brunette looks a far cry from the 23-year-old who appeared on the ITV show all the way back in 2015.

Dani now lives in Ibiza and has a DJ residency at the trendy W hotel on the Island, but has played all over the world.

On the show, she coupled up with Luis Morrison, who went on to have a child with fellow Islander Cally Jane Beech.

She got the boot with Chris Baxter around halfway through the show.
