"You have been nominated by Louisa to perform on stage, Michael said.

Brady replied: "Fine…I feel like I live my life on the edge living for these moments."

However fans were sceptical and thought the whole thing looked staged.

One wrote: ""Michael Mcintyres Big Show what a load of unfunny scripted s***e."

Another posted: "People actually believe this isn’t set up from start to finish."

A third said: "Michael Mcintyres Big Show not convinced with this Brady person. She seemed too unsurprised by the whole thing. Fake."

"She didn't look very surprised," someone else commented.

Michael also welcomed pop sensation Lewis Capaldi to the show and roped him into his text challenge.

The presenter cheekily composed a message to Lewis' contacts, saying he had dropped his phone down the toilet and the names on his phone had been wiped.

He then asked if they could reply to the text with a story that only The Someone You Love hitmaker would know.

Lewis' mum replied and said: "I gave birth to you. Did you put it in rice?"
