My Mum, Your Dad fans have been celebrating as Martin M was left 'worried' after finding out son Luke had been watching his actions.

The ITV show's final episode was aired on Friday (September 22) as the final four couples were able to leave the retreat united with their children.

But in a bombshell twist to the parents, it was revealed that their kids had been listening in the entire time.

Whilst for many, the reveal came as a positive surprise – for Martin M, the twist came as a shock.

Martin M has been a lothario during his time on the show, as he made similar romantic comments both Tolullah and Monqiue during his time in the retreat.

As a result, Martin was clearly left looking unsure, as he contemplated what his son would make of the situation.

"Everyone's first reactions when they saw the kids was excitement, but for me it was nerves," he said.

"I'm nervous about Luke seeing that maybe I was involved in a kind of triangle, for want of a better word.

"I just hope he sees me in a good light. I don't want him to see me in a negative light – I was just a bit confused really," he explained.

However, despite Martin M's apprehension, fans of the ITV show were happy to see his struggle.

One viewer took to Twitter, writing: "Beautiful Luke showing his dad Martin M how one should show integrity and respect. Priceless".

A second fan of the show also commented: "If Martin is thinking that way about how his son has seen his behaviour, he obviously knows he's been a complete k**b with the two ladies. WRONG!"

While a third user piled on to say: "Not such a game now, is it Martin? Love is not an Ibiza party!"

Martin and Monique eventually called time on their relationship at the end of the show, as Monique felt forgotten.

Speaking about the relationship fizzling out, Martin said he was "disappointed on a romantic level".

Explaining his position, he said: "I'm easily distracted and it proves it if there's going on and I'm not paying attention to her.

"This is just a reminder keep my head in the game and focus on what needs to be focused on".
