PREGNANT Amy Childs has called on fans for help as she hinted she's having contractions with her twins.

The reality TV star, 32, is a mum of two and will soon add a couple more tots to her brood.

Amy has been open about her latest pregnancy journey, already appearing to confirm her due date and plans for a natural birth.

Yet despite her scans showing gestation was at 24 weeks – which means Amy and her partner Billy, should be giving birth on or around April 26 – the star has suggested she is already worried about contractions.

The TOWIE favourite took to her Instagram page to post a slide which quizzed: "Braxton hicks. When do they start?"

Braxton Hicks – regularly called practice contractions – are perfectly normal during pregnancy.
