STRICTLY Come Dancing fans believe that Johannes Radebe may have been holding back tears during his performance on Saturday evening.

Fans quickly commented on the 36-year-old's change in demeanour, sensing that he hasn't seemed his usual self during his most recent dance.

One fan took to Reddit and said: "Something really off with Johannes tonight.

"He looked on the verge of tears from the very start of the dance. And completely shocked by the score! I adore Johannes but that was awkward to watch. Have they had a row or something?".

Another fan added: "I don’t think he’s been quite himself so far this series".

A third fan wrote: "I think he feels his dances with a lot of emotion, and got very emotional tonight, it was beautiful."

Johannes is a renowned South African dancer and choreographer, well-known for his appearances as a professional dancer on Strictly.

He recently revealed that his life story is about to be turned into a film.

At the Harold Pinter Theatre in London, in conversation with Radio 1 host Clara Amfo, he said: “Looking at the way things have turned out now, I could not have dreamt that one day people would be reading about my life story, so every day’s a milestone."

Johannes has been dancing on Strictly since 2018.
