Strictly: Molly Rainford cries as she watches family montage
Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier is being taught the ropes of the BBC competition by former contestant and EastEnders co-star Molly Rainford.
Molly starred in last year’s competition alongside professional Carlos Gu and made it to the finals of the show.
She recently opened up about co-star Bobby taking on the competition and admitted to showing him some of her dance moves.
Speaking to The Mirror, she explained: “I had no idea Bobby was going for Strictly but when I found out, straight away I was showing him the frame.
“I joked to him, ‘How about we practise together and then you say I taught you everything you know’.”

Molly also revealed the advice that she gave the EastEnders star and added that he’ll need to put the work in to master the steps in training.
“I said to him, ‘You will have to take it a bit seriously at times. If you want Shirley to notice the technique, you have to give it some welly.’
“But I’m sure he will work hard because he’ll want to get things right. He has the drive for it… I’m going to have major FOMO (fear of missing out) watching him perform.”
A source close to Bobby recently revealed that he had been given a stern warning about getting “distracted” by the attractive women on the show.
The source told The Sun: “He is a very determined young man with a naturally competitive spirit — both qualities which he’ll need to progress on Strictly.

“He has to remain focused because, as Strictly has proved in the past, it’s very easy for competitors to have their heads turned.
“His nearest and dearest just don’t want to see him unintentionally waste the chance of a lifetime by temptations on the show.”
When Bobby was first announced as joining the show, he exclaimed: “I’m so excited to be part of the Strictly line up, I can’t wait to start training like a professional dancer and adding a few moves to my locker.
“I’m looking forward to performing in-front of everyone, it’s going to be so much fun!”
The celebrities taking part in this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing are, Angela Rippon, Amanda Abbington, Layton Williams, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Eddie Kadi, Angela Scanlon, Zara McDermott, Adam Thomas, Nikita Kanda, Ellie Leach, Jody Cundy, Bobby Brazier, Nigel Harman, Annabel Croft and Les Dennis.
Strictly Come Dancing returns later this month on BBC One.
