Surprise pregnancy, drugs danger and evil rapist returns in EastEnders

Next week’s EastEnders episodes see huge tensions mount between loved ones and families, with relations at rock bottom, as our day to day guide shows.

The Slaters are in crisis as Freddie (Bobby Brazier) demands to know the truth about his dad.

The family are keen to keep the devastating secret, but when Freddie tracks down Graham, he decides to meet up with him, unaware of his sinister nature, and what he did to Little Mo.

With Freddie coming face to face with his father, will he get to the truth?

The Knights are also consumed by a search for a lost family member, with Anna (Mollie Rainford) continuing to seek out her missing mum Cindy.

And soon she gets a lead on her whereabouts. Not everyone is happy about her mission though, with sister Gina (Francesca Henry) seeking solace in drugs.

And Ben Mitchell’s (Max Bowden) loved ones accidentally make crass comments about his eating habits, not aware that he is battling bulimia.

But Honey (Emma Barton) picks up on the signs, having gone through the illness herself.

Here’s what to expect next week.

Monday July 31

The Knights are quick to question a disgruntled Gina when Linda reveals that there is £200 missing from The Vic takings. Driven by her suspicions, Gina later discovers that Anna stole the cash to hire a private investigator to track down their mum.

Once alone, Gina gives Anna an ultimatum that it’s her or her mum, but after a heart-to-heart with Bobby and Freddie, Anna decides to go through with her decision to look for her mum.

Jay attempts to enjoy a quiet drink in The Albert but is later joined by Gina who is struggling with her sisters recent revelation. Gina rapidly drinks and implores Jay to look after Lexi in the wake of Lola’s death, echoing her own experience growing up without a mum.

As she starts to enjoy herself, an awkward Martin and Zack arrive and deflate Stacey’s mood. Later, Stacey finds herself in an uncomfortable situation when she is propositioned by a drunk reveller, but Theo steps in to save the day.

Theo walks Stacey home after taking her for chips, and she is grateful for his help.

The tension rises between Anna and Gina as Anna secretly meets with a private investigator to share information about their mum’s disappearance. Sensing friction between his daughters, George traps Anna in her lie about the stolen money which forces Anna to reveal the true reason behind the missing £200.

George implores Anna to call off the search for fear she will get hurt before heading to the Boxing Den to find Gina letting off steam on the punching bag.
