Milky Way Crispy Rolls make epic return to shelves – but some Brits are moaning

We've all got a chocolate bar that was one of our favourite growing up.

And for many people that would be Milky Way Crispy Rolls. However, Brits were left gutted when the popular sweet treat, which features chocolate-covered wafers with a light whipped filling, were discontinued last year.

However, it seems like they couldn't stay away for long, as it's been confirmed the chocolatey treat is back on shelves.

Retailer Home Bargains took to its Instagram page this week to confirm the news. It shared a close-up photo of someone holding the bar in front of its shelves, writing: "Run don't walk – Milky Way Crispy Rolls are BACK!"

The store revealed its selling the bars for 79p each. And people seemed very excited they could get their hands on them again. "Omg," exclaimed one person, while another added: "I've missed these!" A third chimed in: "They are back," while a fourth added: "This is very important information."

However, others couldn't believe how much they are now. "Used to get 5 for £1," wrote one person, as another agreed: "Yeah run away, used to be 5 for £1. Meanwhile, a third simply asked: "How much?"

According to Metro, Milky Way Crispy Rolls were taken off shelves last year, with a Mars spokesperson announcing the rolls were now in ‘a galaxy far, far away’.
