A THROUPLE revealed their sex secrets on This Morning today – as they were quizzed by curious hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Alana and Kevin Underwood met Megan on a threesome app as they searched for a hook-up – but the trio surprisingly fell in love.

They appeared on the ITV show to open up about their relationship after it was revealed boxing legend David Haye, 42, is in a throuple with  Una Healy, 41, and Sian Osborne, 30.

Asked about how they manage jealousy and sleeping arrangements between them, Kevin replied: "We didn't have a playbook to read or anything. We led with love and metpeople how they were. We focussed on communication.

"We don't have a crystal ball in the house, we're not mind-readers either. We left it to each other to explain how we were feeling."

Host Phillip asked: "You've told us this, so it's not as if I'm prying, but you've got a big bed and there's a rotation as to who sleeps in the middle. I'd hate that, it'd be too damn hot, but how does it work?"

Megan replied: "We do this thing called the Mac n Cheese method, where every night we switch who's in the middle."

Kevin added: "It's a good thing to be in the middle, in my situation I'm in between two beautiful women. But it's really hot and when you have to use the restroom everyone wakes up."

Alana – who was the one to first suggest a threesome with Kevin, her partner of three years – said: "Jealousy isn't an issue, but in the beginning we had some just because it wasn't natural for us to share our partners.

"Now it's not an issue. We all have equal love for each other."
