Ex-EastEnders star Danniella also went braless to stroll barefoot in the sand in Portugal.
She looked relaxed as she ran her fingers through her blonde hair, just weeks after her eighth boob job.
Danniella has been recovering in the Algarve after jetting 3,000 miles from Turkey where she'd gone under the knife.
Despite her recent operation, Danniella was photographed attempting to recreate an iconic Pamela Anderson shoot after jetting to the Algarve, Portugal.

Danniella is famous for her septum collapse from excessive drug use back in 2002.
It's surprising she had been willing to go under the knife again, having spoken candidly about her past traumatic surgery.
Danniella previously appeared on Channel 5's Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, telling viewers she went from a 34B to a 34D, and then to a 34DD.
Her prior cocaine addiction had resulted in a collapsed septum, and she had spent years battling osteoporosis, which meant she needed to undergo facial restoration.
