TOWIE stars have been plunged into drama after three cast members have become involved in an alleged love triangle.
Dani Imbert, 24, and Roman Hackett, 20, had a romantic history and fans hoped that they might make things ‘official’ during a recent cast trip to Thailand to film the ITVBe series.
However, it looks like things could be rocky for their budding romance after becoming involved in a love triangle with fellow cast member Chloe Brockett, 22.
A source has claimed that Roman kissed Chloe on a night out – just as things were heating up with Dani.
“It was a total shock to everyone as Dani and Roman seemed so loved up,” a source said.
The continued to The Sun: “Roman knew he'd be exposed so quickly confessed to Dani. After a lot of grovelling, she's forgiven him but this is TOWIE – it's not like the love triangle will get brushed under the carpet.
“Dani and Chloe have history and Dani won't forget what happened.”
OK! has approached reps for Dani, Roman and Chloe for comment.
Dani and Roman had previously admitted to drunken kisses on the show but had insisted they were ‘just friends’ after joining the cast in 2021.
And although they haven’t announced they’re an item, fans had their suspicions after they spotted the pair leaving sweet comments on each other’s Instagram pages.
Dani also recently shared a behind-the-scenes snap of her hugging Roman with the caption: “Forever.”
The group have recently been in Thailand to film the new series, where they’ve been joined by the likes of Amber Turner, Courtney Green, Elma Pazar and Chloe Meadows, alongside James Lock, Diags, and Dan Edgar.
The cast members recently showed off their tans on the beach as they enjoyed a fun-filled night out in Phuket.
Amber, 29, has been busy documenting the fun-filled getaway on Instagram, which began with the group tucking into champagne at the airport.
"Eaten & drank my body weight in snacks + champagne, couldn't be happier," Amber captioned a photo of herself as she got set to jet off.
Once the group had landed, they wasted no time seeing what Thailand had to offer and kicked off their holiday with a booze-fuelled night out.
Amber, Chloe, Courtney and Elma could be seen getting glammed up before heading out to a nightclub, where they danced and downed shots as they waited for the boys to arrive.
Roman Hackett and Jordan Brook could be seen arriving at the bar in one clip, with the girls excitedly greeting them with drinks.
The official Instagram account for TOWIE also confirmed the cast had jetted off and shared a series of photos of the reality TV stars in the airport.
"See ya later Essex #TOWIE is heading off for some vitamin sea!" the post was captioned.
