Virgin River: Season 5 Part 1 trailer

Virgin River fans know Zibby Allen best as Jack Sheridan’s (played by Martin Henderson) younger sister Brie.

The fifth series saw Brie face her ex-boyfriend and rapist Don (James Kot) in court and thankfully, he was found guilty.

Season five of Virgin River dropped on Netflix in the middle of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes and Zibby showed her support on Instagram.

She posted a photo of herself alongside Mel Monroe star Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin as she praised her cast for supporting the strikes.

Zibby wrote: “I’m very proud to be a member of SAG-AFTRA.

“And so so proud of the insane talent, hard work, and perseverance of my fellow creatives & union members.

“As the strike continues, thank you for your support and understanding as we continue to honor strike rules and refrain from promoting any struck work, past/present/future, until this strike is resolved. In solidarity.”

Fans were impressed with her show of support, with forloveofvirginriver commenting: “We will be thinking of you as we indulge in the new season! Bummed the cast can’t celebrate with us.”

Brie wasn’t the only one who went through a tough time as Mel learned her mum had affair with a man from Virgin River.

Fans are desperate to find out who the man is and it seems they won’t have long to wait as their identity will be revealed in two festive specials at the end of November.
