A CHEAP Wetherspoons dupe has opened up for holidaying Brits to enjoy the cheap pints and food in sun-soaked Spain.
The cleverly named pub, Weatherspains, is in Benalmadena on the Costa Del Sol and copies its UK counterpart in the price and taste department.
The restaurant has become a hotspot for tourists who enjoy the home comforts of the staple British pub chain and have been flocking over to the venue after a day in the sun.
They sell traditional British pub food from gammon, chips and peas, sausage and mash and a range of deep filled pies.
Starters, jacket potato’s, sandwiches, burgers, salads and desserts are also available.
When it comes to alcohol, Weatherspains has everyone covered, with a range of booze from cocktails to pints, just like its British alternative.

Unlike the Wetherspoons in the UK, they offer a collection service and outdoor seating to soak up the sunny Spanish weather.
They also offer events on weekends like bingo, karaoke and raffles, much different to the quick stop “spoons” we have across the ocean.
It's run by Brits and has a 4.8 rating on Facebook and a 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor, making it higher than almost all of the J D Wetherspoons in the UK.
The reviews are generally positive with 137 being excellent and only seven terrible.

One of these terrible reviews said: “The host Andy was only interested in making my husband feel awkward by flirting with me.
“A horrible experience all round.”
On the positive side, many reviews complimented the fake spoons on its range of tasty food and ice cold drinks, the typical pub décor and the easily accessible location.
To rub in the blatant but humorous copying further, tourists are joining in on Wetherspoon’s popular chip count challenge which went viral.
The trend saw how many chips you got with each meal in spoons' across the UK, with the numbers drastically varying from plate to plate.
One tourist posted in the official Wetherspoons Chip Challenge community and shared a snap of his partner’s fish, chips and mushy peas from the knock off pub in Spain.
He wrote: “Does this count?
“47 chips at Weatherspains in Benalmadena.”
Leaving the chat amused by the dupe and the impressive number of chips.
The Sun has contacted J D Wetherspoons for a comment.
