Two long-lost siblings have amazingly been reunited after spending years walking past each other completely unaware.

Raymond Turner took a job as a producer at Sparklefly Recording Studio, a recording studio at Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas in 2015, to help patients produce their own music.

Also in 2015, Christina Sadberry started taking her son Bryson, 4, to the hospital for medical treatment. The pair passed by the recording studio on multiple occasions when walking to appointments.

Fast forward to Christmas 2021, when Raymond's wife Maria bought him a 23andMe DNA kit as a present.

The pair were shocked to find that Raymond had a sibling he previously had never heard of – Christina Sadberry.

He tried to reach out to her on the app but her account had been inactive for some time, so instead Maria managed to track Christina down on Facebook.

When Christina got the message and looked through Raymond's photos she was flabbergasted as she'd seen him early that same day, playing the keyboard at Sparklefly Recording Studio.

She told Fox 4 that the encounter stuck out as it was "the very first time in seven years" she'd seen someone playing inside the studio.

The pair had a tearful reunion in March this year and have spent the subsequent months meeting up and sharing stories.

"For me, it’s the heart of God to see reconciliation," Raymond said.

"Even that day for her to see me there, it was no accident. So it’s still pretty emotional."

"This right here is nothing I expected," Air Force Reservist Christina said in a post on the hospital's website.

"It can only go up from here. It already feels like family."

Coincidentally, the reunion also came as Christina's son was given a clean bill of health.
