Playboy model Tabby Brown, 38, is laid to rest in traditional Muslim funeral as friends claim she ‘died of a heart attack’

Model Tabby Brown died from a heart attack, friends claim, and her traditional Muslim funeral had already taken place, MailOnline can exclusively reveal.

Tragic Tabby, 38, who starred in The Bachelor and who dated footballers Mario Balotelli and Raheem Sterling, passed away earlier this week and her death was confirmed by her agent.

She had been living in the Queensway area of west London after having spent the last few years in Los Angeles where she was working on glamour shoots.

A source close to her agent Richard Pascoe told MailOnline: ‘It was her funeral on Wednesday. She was Muslim so the burial was very quick as per their tradition.

‘She died from a heart attack. That’s all we know for the moment. It’s very sad. She was loved and liked by so many people.’

Tattoo artist Daniel Artwin Casone, said: ‘She was one of my closest friends and I just can’t believe it.

‘She didn’t drink or smoke or, do drugs and she was really fit and healthy but apparently she died from a heart attack.

‘We had some great times together and I did photoshoots for her in Spain a few years ago. The last thing I heard she was living in west London and when we last spoke she was in really good spirits.’

In 2012, the star was interviewed by Snoop Dogg, where she spoke about how she began her career, switching from the ‘business world’ to modeling.

Snoop Dogg described her as more than a ‘video vixen’, calling her a woman with ‘the mind, the body, the experience, the soul, the struggle, the hustle’ and an inspiration to younger women.

She said during the interview: ‘I have been modelling for six years and presenting in Europe, the UK, Taiwan and America, but before that I was studying. All I did was study.

‘I got my BA, then I got my masters and then I worked as business manager and then one day I got a commercial for Virgin Atlantic and ever since then I thought there is so much money to be made in commercials, why not.

‘I can always go back to the business world. You have to set a foundation for yourself first and foremost. I am not going to be able to model when I am 50.’

In the last year or so, the model has used her Instagram account to mainly post selfies

More recently, Tabby has used her social media platform to advertise a number of different brand deals, including a partnership with Goli Nutrition that supplies vitamin supplements and with a personal trainer.

In 2019, she also launched her own gym wear company called tbleggins and often posted photos of herself wearing the kit while at the gym doing deadlifts.

In 2021, however, the model stopped posting photos of her working out. Instead her Instagram page became filled with mainly selfies and the odd photo of her attending an event.

In February 2022, she shared photos and videos of her attending the Oh Polly show at London Fashion Week.

Other video clips from this year, shared on her highlights reel, showed her dining at expensive restaurants across the capital, including high-end Modern Japanese sushi restaurant Zuma and French restaurant Bagatelle.
