Model Alyssa Scott has announced that she is pregnant with her third child, months after the tragic death of her son Zen, whom she shared with TV star and comedian Nick Cannon.
The former couple's son tragically passed away from a brain tumour at just five months old in December 2021.
Alyssa, 29, has now confirmed her third pregnancy as she shared a snap on Instagram showing off her blossoming baby bump.
The sweet picture showed her posing in a bodycon blue dress and carrying her four year old daughter in her arms, who is sporting a top that matches her mother's dress.
Alyssa did not mention her pregnancy in the post's caption, instead writing: "With you by my side…"
She has not revealed any further details about her pregnancy.
Alyssa's 261K followers were quick to shower her with congratulations, with one writing: "Omg congratulations love and blessings to you!"
While a second commented: "Congrats. May God protect and cover this sweet soul your carrying amen Healthy pregnancy Healthy baby Safe delivery."
And a third added: "BIG congratulations to you on your pregnancy! May you have a beautiful, healthy and successful pregnancy and delivery–with a beautiful and healthy baby in your arms, in the end!!!"
Alyssa's former partner Nick became a father for the tenth time earlier this year, just weeks after the birth of his ninth child.
Nick previously paid tribute to Alyssa as he said: "Zen's mom, Alyssa, was just the strongest woman I've ever seen.
"Never had an argument, never was angry. Was emotional when she needed to be, but always the best mom, and continues to be the best mom."
Following the birth of his ninth child, the US host hit back at the “criticism and cynicism” he'd received amid public backlash for fathering several children with different women so close together.
"In this moment of celebration and jubilee, I wish to mute any low vibrational frequencies and only rejoice with the Highest Class of Civilization who are truly aligned with our purpose here in this dimension," he said.
Nick first became a father back in 2011 with ex-wife superstar Mariah Carey. The former couple share 11 year old twins Moroccan and Monroe.
