Charlotte Dawson gives birth! Star welcomes second child with fiancé Matt Sarsfield

Charlotte Dawson has given birth to her second child.

The 30 year old reality star and her fiancé Matt Sarsfield confirmed the arrival of their second child – a baby boy.

Charlotte gave birth in the middle of the night – but shared the happy news with her fans straight away.

Cradling her newborn son in her hospital bed, Charlotte beamed as she said: "Guys he's here! I can't believe it!!! I came in at 1am I had him by 2:13am. Can't wait to update you all as soon as but Matthew has nipped to get me a Maccies & I'm having cuddles."

She then shared a picture of Matt cradling their baby boy as she added: "He's turned up with no Maccies ffs but look at my beautiful baby daddy with our boyo. All happened so fast but thank you for being amazing @matt_sanefield."

Charlotte – who is already mum to two year old son Noah – had been sharing her pregnancy journey with her fans in her typical candid humour and as she neared her due date, posted a bare bump snap and shared her pride about her stretch marks.

Cradling her baby bump as she posed in satin pyjamas for a natural Instagram picture, Charlotte penned: "Breaking up the glamness of the feed with some reality.. (well I still have my glam pjs on from @lavishalice) my bumpalicious seems so much bigger this time & I’ve grown a lot more tiger stripes which I’m so proud of but I can’t help but think how magical the woman’s body really is."

Continuing to share her range of emotions, she wrote: "As I’m coming to the end of my pregnancy I can’t help but feel mixed emotions.. I’m obvs exhausted, drained, hormonal but I’m really gonna miss my bump, I can’t believe I’ve been lucky enough to grow another human after loosing one last year.. my little rainbow baby boyo it could be any day now!! I’m so excited so nervous but can’t wait for our little fambo to grow… Ps why do belly buttons go mingin".

Charlotte had revealed that she and Matt were set to welcome another baby boy, as she shared a sweet video of herself with Matt and son Noah.

The family stood together next to a cluster of balloons, the largest of which read: "Prince or Princess," before Charlotte took a pin to the balloon which burst to reveal blue confetti raining down to the ground.

Little Noah looked adorable in a pair of pyjamas that read: "I'm going to be a big brother," and he was delighted as he threw the blue confetti up in the air.

Captioning the post, Charlotte wrote: "ITS A….. [blue/pink heart emojis]

"I’m so excited to finally share with you all what baba we are having, obvs we already know.. but here’s a little gender reveal for you all. Noah is going to be the best big brother."

Charlotte happily announced that she was pregnant back in February, during an exclusive chat with OK! The happy news came less than a year after Charlotte suffered a devastating miscarriage in April 2022.

Speaking of her joy at being pregnant again, Charlotte said: "I can’t believe it’s actually happened again and Noah is going to be a big brother!

"Obviously this one is a rainbow baby. I feel very blessed and very happy that I’ve managed to get pregnant again. We were absolutely heartbroken about the miscarriage last year. It came as a shock when I found out last April.

"It was like we’d just come to the realisation that we were having a baby and I lost it at 10 weeks."

Describing Matthew as her "period person" she said that it was he who told her she was late, but that she'd put it down to being stressed from doing pantomime.

She said days later she felt really unwell, so took a test which revealed that she was, in fact, pregnant, before she went on to take "1,500 more".

Charlotte explained: "I literally went through about 1,500 tests. I didn’t believe it so I kept thinking, “I’m going to have to do another one. I’m so paranoid after last time. I just kept doing tests and Matthew was like, 'Calm down, you’re definitely pregnant'."
