Chloe Madeley mocks James Haskell split on family night out with rarely-seen sibling

Chloe Madeley made a dig about her split from James Haskell, as she enjoyed a Christmassy night out with her parents and rarely-seen sibling.

The 36 year old personal trainer went on a festive family trip to Kenwood in London on Wednesday evening, 6 December, with her famous mum and dad Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – the iconic former presenters of This Morning – as well as her brother Jack and his four year old son, Kit.

It was a rare public outing for Jack who, unlike his famous parents and sister, tends to stay out of the spotlight. Chloe, who announced her split from ex England rugby star husband James in October, also took 16 month old daughter Bodhi along to the VIP launch of the Christmas season at the English Heritage site.

Other stars – including Dermot O'Leary and his wife Dee, Myleene Klass and EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton – also turned up to the light trail event. Meanwhile, Chloe also posed for a snap with her close pal Lou Teasdale – a hair and make-up artist – during the star-studded bash.

And afterwards, Lou took to Instagram to share the pic of the pair, along with the caption: “The blind leading the blind on relationship advice.”

Chloe responded by sharing the same image in her Instagram Stories – jokingly writing: “No we’re great at men,” followed by the side-eyes and cry-laughing emojis.

Chloe and James married in 2018 but speculation over the split began to mount in October after the ex rugby player was pictured chatting to a mystery blonde outside a London nightspot. After that, Chloe was snapped partying with friends without her wedding ring.

The pair, who had starred in their own ITV reality show Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair this year, confirmed they had split in a joint statement released later that month.

It said: “We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time – certainly not while the television show was airing – but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.

“Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time. Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love.”

Sharing a separate statement on social media, James added: “It's with a lot of sadness I write this post, but unfortunately, in the world we live in, it has to be done. My priority is my daughter’s and Chloe’s happiness and security. For that reason, I won't be commenting any further.”

Meanwhile, earlier this week Chloe and James were photographed enjoying a meal out together in London. That came after Chloe had pleaded with fans to accept they had split up.

In a Q&A on Instagram, one follower asked: "Are you and James back together? I hope so…" Chloe replied: "No. We are friends and co-parents. I'd appreciate if this could be believed and accepted going forward."
