Dame Joan Collins uploaded a video that captured her slapping Joe Lycett across the face whilst wearing a silk robe today. The actress was channelling her character Alexis Colby, whom she portrayed on the soap opera Dynasty between 1981 and 1989.

In view of her 278,000 Instagram followers and a camera crew, Joan gave Joe a proper slap. 

“Silly b***h,” she exclaimed, before laughing dramatically. 

“I didn’t cause your accident, Joe, just as I didn’t cause your barrenness.”

Joan then proceeded to laugh as she realised it sounded like she was referring to the title, baroness, rather than the notion of being unable to give birth.
